He lived up to his name

IG and Twitter: @petfxr He was my first love. From the moment of my adoption he was my father and I his daughter. Gabriel the angel; should I have been prepared that he would live up to his namesake? The angel that filled this lost soul over 7 years with enough love to last a lifetime. My angel who gently warned me in my dreams of the tragedy that would soon shatter our earthly bond. I begged him not to go. He promised he’d be fine. His last words before he drove off to his death were: “I love you.”
